What You’ll Do
- Leadership & Management Roles:
- Lead projects from planning through execution
- Make critical field decisions impacting safety, schedule, and cost
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and client coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Field & Craft Roles:
- Perform hands-on work in industrial and refractory environments
- Install, repair, and maintain refractory systems and materials
- Execute welding, rigging, and general construction tasks
- Follow safety procedures and support team productivity on site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, industrial work, or skilled trades
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in physically demanding environments
- Ability to follow direction and/or lead crews effectively
- Commitment to safety, quality, and job site performance
- Experience with refractories, insulation, or firebrick (preferred but not required)
